Our simple, straightforward pricing does the same thing our inspections do - it takes the guesswork out of things.
It also means you're not penalized for things like having an older home or extra mechanical units, or being off the beaten path.
$340 ( homes up to 1600 total sq ft* )
$370 ( homes 1600 to 2000 total sq ft* )
$410 ( homes 2000 to 2700 total sq ft* )
$450 ( homes 2700 to 3300 total sq ft* )
Homes over 3300 sq ft will be charged 8¢ per additional sq ft
If you're utilizing our Pre-Offer Walkthrough, or
have amenities/features that aren't part of a standard inspection
- such as private wells and well systems, multi-unit purchases, etc -
additional services can be found HERE.

Outside of our service area? A small fee may apply, but we're happy to inspect for you
